You may use the following license number which expires at the end of June 2004.

It activates an "Evaluation License" which means you can connect to PostgreSQL indefinitely in debug mode and 20 minutes for a built application, after which the application must be quit and relaunched to connect again. Applications you built with it will expire at the end of June 2004 as well.

The license number above is in fact a line of REALbasic code that you have to copy to your project. It has to be executed once for every pgSQLsocket in your project (before you attempt your first connection with it). The window's "Open" event might be the best place to put it.
